Came for the weekend, Fantastic atmosphere, lovely room. Rachel and Liam are lovely, nothing too much trouble. Very friendly Hotel absolutely spotless, Lovely food (very generous portions) Would definitely recommend

We stayed at this hotel while meeting family and found it to be excellent, the rooms are modern luxury with everything you would need for a stay plus added treats for your enjoyment, the hosts are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble you only have to ask, breakfast is plentiful with lots of choice plus a very tasty cooked meal, food and drink is available and the view of the castle is wonderful.

We could not fault this hotel and staff. 5 stars, spacious room, comfy bed, great service and tasty breakfast! Brilliant stay.

This hotel has all you need and pasaz. Great location, situated right nextdoor to the castle, (PICTURESQUE), and town. Very well set out and excellent service, the food is so tasty, and huge portions. Good selection at the bar. The hosts Rachel, Liam and Jake can't do enough for you, and are really knowledgable. HIGHLIGHTS - atmosphere, location, food, comfy bed/rooms, great pillows, homely, great breakfast. The only complaint is, there is no complaint. You can not hear the school or railway station next-door. We will be back next year. Thanks for a great stay

A beautiful hotel, amazing breakfast and evening dinner. We even had grab and go breakfast bag which we loved when we had to leave to visit places. You have castle nearby which we will miss the crows! Beach is so beautiful here and loved it there! Thank you for amazing week to celebrate our first anniversary. You guys are so friendly and did amazing job with the hotel and everything.

Booked to see Harlech castle. £100 for one night was not on the cheaper side… but it was worth every penny. The service was brilliant. With breakfast included, they asked us if we were in a rush to leave in the morning(which we were), they made sure to leave a small bag of assorted foods at our door so we could grab them as we left. We stayed on a Wednesday, which was incidentally a Quiz night at the Pub. As younger people we stood no chance against the more experienced, but we gave it a go. We lost by over 15 points… Before the trip was booked, I noticed the Queen’s Hotel had won Channel 4 Show “Four in a bed”. We did not book because of this, but the charisma of the owners Liam & Rachel made it obvious why and how they had won the show. They are passionate about their craft. We watched the show during our stay and the price nor the passion had changed! We had a brilliant stay, very welcoming and warm pub with great staff and nice local ale.

Just back from a weekend away at the Queens. Had a very warm welcome from Rachel and Liam. The room had lovely views of the castle and was spotless. Breakfast was excellent as were the evening meals. Cannot fault it. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Harlech. Will definitely be visiting again.

We had an excellent stay for a few nights here, and will definitely return! The room was nice and spotlessly clean (and I mean spotless!) the bar area was warm and welcoming, and the beer really good! The food is pub grub, simple but really nice and well cooked. The breakfasts are amazing!

My hubby booked this stay as a surprise and oh boy it was lush as they say , the manager was lovely nothing too much trouble and the staff so helpful. Everything you need under one roof food ,drink , lovely people, so helpful rooms amazing, my hubby moans about not sleeping in his own bed but can say he slept like a baby he said bed was better than his own xx lovely place we will be going again x big thank you too everyone who made our stay lovely

Very comfortable and lovely atmosphere. Loved the little touches in the room. All the people that work there were so friendly and helpful - even helping us plan where to head next on our travels during a storm. Extra shout out for having such a range of alcohol-free drink options!
